The pakistanawards.com platform provides audit and economic performance recognition services for companies in the manufacturing and industrial services sector. Services include, but are not limited to, training on international financial reporting standards and business sustainability assessment.

All service descriptions presented on the platform are accurate and verifiable. We do not make promises or guarantees that could mislead regarding the results a client may obtain by using our services.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

We are committed to providing the described services with professionalism and in accordance with industry standards. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services to any client who violates these terms.

2.2. Rights and Obligations of the User

The user is obliged to provide correct and complete information for using the services. It is prohibited to use the platform for fraudulent, illegal purposes, or purposes that may harm our reputation or that of other third parties.

3. Limitation of Liability

Pakistanawards is not liable for business losses, profit losses, business interruptions, or any other indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Our total liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount paid for the service that generated the dispute.

4. Payment and Refund Conditions

Service prices are presented transparently on the platform. All fees are expressed in RON and are exclusive of VAT, where applicable.

Our refund policy is clear: Refunds for purchased training or services are analyzed on a case-by-case basis. Any refund request must be made in writing and is subject to approval, in accordance with applicable legislation. There are no automatic or guaranteed refunds.

5. Termination of Use

Either party may terminate the service use agreement at any time, with written notice. Pakistanawards reserves the right to suspend or immediately terminate the user's access to the platform in case of a flagrant violation of these terms.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page, indicating the date of the last revision. Continued use of the platform after the modifications are posted constitutes acceptance of them.
